Seven systems · Detroit built

Pick the hole
you're losing money
through.

Every one of these solves a problem your trade bleeds on every single day — the call you didn't catch, the quote nobody chased, the happy customer who never got asked for a review. Own it outright, or pay monthly and I run it.

Most people land on the monthly, and I'll tell you why straight: a system only earns while somebody's watching it. Nothing here is set-and-forget.

HVAC · plumbers · electricians

Missed Call Text-Back

Every missed call is a job that goes to whoever picked up next.

You're under a sink or up on a roof. The phone rings out. That customer doesn't leave a voicemail — they call the next name on the list. This catches them before they get there.

Managed monthly $499/mo I run it, tune it, and fix it when it breaks. Start monthly →
roofers · painters · landscapers

Estimate Follow-Up

Ten quotes out a week. Follow-ups on none of them.

The work is already done — you measured it, priced it, sent it. Then it sits. Most of those jobs aren't lost to a cheaper bid, they're lost to silence.

restaurants · salons · auto repair

Review Automation

Your happiest customers never get asked.

The people who'd write you a five-star review walk out the door and get on with their day. The one person who'd write a bad one always finds the time. This evens it up.

dentists · law firms · real estate agents

Lead Follow-Up System

A lead sits six hours. Speed is the whole game in your trade.

In these verticals the first credible response usually wins, regardless of who was cheaper or better. If your form goes to an inbox nobody watches on a Saturday, you're paying to generate leads for whoever answers faster.

Managed monthly · the only way this one runs $999/mo Needs constant tuning against your real leads — a hand-off version would rot inside a month, so I don't sell one. Start monthly →
gyms · chiropractors · med spas

Customer Re-Engagement

Hundreds of people who used to pay you and quietly stopped.

Nobody cancelled dramatically. They just drifted. That list is the cheapest revenue in your business because they already know you and already trusted you once.

Before this one goes live: your past-customer list has to be people who opted in to hear from you, with opt-outs honoured. I'll ask you to confirm that in writing. It's the law, and it protects your number as much as mine.
Managed monthly · the only way this one runs $999/mo The segmenting has to be watched. Left alone it starts messaging the wrong people. Start monthly →
dental practices · med spas · home services

AI Voice Receptionist

Answers every call, 24/7 — a fraction of a full-time front desk.

Not a phone tree. It talks, it listens, it understands what the caller wants, and it books them. After hours, during lunch, and on the fourth simultaneous call when your actual receptionist is already on three.

It says it's an AI at the top of every call. That's non-negotiable — it's the right thing to do and it keeps you clear of the FCC's rules on artificial voices.
Managed monthly · the only way this one runs $1,999/mo Voice needs live monitoring. I listen to real calls and tune it weekly. Start monthly →
construction · agencies · multi-location

Whole Business Build

All six pieces, plus the backend that connects them.

Not one automation — the whole operating system. CRM, scheduling, invoicing and task management wired together, on top of legal, brand, site, local SEO and credit. You show up and work; the business is already standing when you get there.

How this actually goes

  1. Twenty-minute call. I look at what you've got and tell you which one of these you actually need. Sometimes the answer is none of them, and I'll say so.
  2. You pay the first month. Nothing gets built before that — that payment covers your phone number, your carrier registration and your usage, billed straight through at cost.
  3. Seven to ten days. I build it, test it against your real setup, and show you it working before it touches a customer.
  4. Walkthrough. You and your team see exactly how it runs and how to switch it off. No black boxes.
  5. Month to month. No lock-in, no twelve-month contract. If it stops earning, you stop paying.
On text and voice: these run on your own opted-in customers only, with opt-out honoured every time. I don't do cold texting or cold calling for anyone — that needs written consent under the TCPA and the penalties are $500 to $1,500 per message. Cold email is the only cold channel I'll touch, and it's a different law.
