Terms of Service

What you get, what it costs, what I need from you, and what I will not promise. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who you are dealing with

DEW Enterprises LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Detroit. Using this site, or buying anything on it, means these terms apply.

What is sold here

• Digital products — delivered immediately after payment.
• One-time builds — a system is built, handed over, and it is yours to run.
• Managed monthly services — a system is built and I keep running it, billed monthly.

Current prices are whatever is shown on this site at the time you buy.

Monthly services: no lock-in

Managed services are month to month. There is no annual contract and no termination fee. Cancel any time before the next billing date and there is no further charge. Cancelling part-way through a month does not refund that month, because the work for it has already been done.

How a build runs

The first month is invoiced and paid before anything is provisioned. That payment covers your phone number, carrier registration and usage, which are billed through at cost as a named line, not marked up. Build and launch typically takes seven to ten days from payment, and you see it working before it touches a customer.

What I need from you

• Accurate information about your business, and timely access to the accounts involved.
• Written confirmation that any contact list is opted in. Where a system sends text messages, it sends only to your own customers who agreed to hear from you. You own that consent relationship. Opt-outs are honoured automatically.
• Reasonable responsiveness. A build stalls when it is waiting on access.

What you own

Everything is in your name. Your domain, your accounts, your data, your customer list. Nothing is held hostage. If we stop working together you keep what was built for you, and I will hand over what is needed to run it.

What is not promised

I sell systems and the work of building them. I do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, search rankings, credit approval, or any financial outcome, and I will not pretend otherwise. Anyone who does guarantee those things is selling you a story.

Acceptable use

Nothing built here may be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, for contacting people who did not opt in, or for anything unlawful. If that is what you want, I am the wrong person.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DEW Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Third-party platforms go down sometimes, and that is outside anyone's control.

Governing law

Michigan law applies, and the courts of Wayne County, Michigan have jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms can change. The effective date at the top moves when they do, and a change does not apply retroactively to work already paid for.
