Plain version: I collect what you type into a form and basic page-view counts. I do not sell it, I do not share it, and there are no cookies on this site.

What I collect

Two things, and nothing else.

• What you type into a form. On the Dream to Reality Scale that is your name, email address, what you are building, optionally a phone number, optionally how you heard about me, and the answers you ticked.
• Basic traffic data. Which page was opened, where you came from, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. No cookies are set and no raw IP address is ever stored. A visitor is counted using a one-way hash that is re-salted every night, so it cannot be traced back to you or linked across days.

Why I collect it

To send you the result you asked for, to follow up about that result, and to know whether anything on this site is working. That is the whole list.

Where it lives

Form submissions are written to a file stored above the public web root on the hosting account, readable only by the account owner. It is not in a folder anyone can reach from a browser, and it is never published.

Who else sees it

I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your details. There is no list broker and no data partner. Three services see the parts they need in order to work:

• Stripe — processes payments. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch this site.
• Calendly — only if you book a call.
• The email host — to deliver the message.

Beyond that, disclosure happens only where the law requires it.

Email and text messages

Submitting the Scale means DEW Enterprises can email you about your result. You can stop that at any time by replying and saying so, and it stops.

I do not send cold texts or cold calls to anyone, ever. Where a client engagement involves text messaging, those messages go only to that client's own customers who opted in to hear from them, and every opt-out is honoured.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept while there is a reason to keep them. Ask me to delete yours and it is deleted. Records tied to a paid engagement are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email info@dewenterprisesllc.com and ask to see what is held about you, correct it, or delete it. No form and no account needed.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
